Join us for a free, virtual facilitated conversation about how students and young professionals can protect their mental well-being while navigating the intrinsic challenges within ADR and legal spaces. This event is open to everyone!
If you're a student or emerging professional, come with questions you'd like to discuss with your peers and other professionals.
If you're a seasoned professional in the ADR field, this is an opportunity for you to share your insights on:
- How you manage your own mental health
- Ways that you've practiced mental wellness early in your career
- How you incorporate well-being practices into your work
ACR-GNY Board Member Nesha Dripchak will facilitate this conversation along with our Student Ambassadors Daria Rodriguez Horita, Samirah Aziz, and Amelia Pagan.

NESHA DRIPCHAK
Having worked in many different environments and mediated at the EEOC, Nesha developed a passion for proactively identifying and addressing organizational conflict. As a Conflict Resolution Specialist in city government, she uses restorative practices to foster and maintain psychologically safe, collaborative, and effective work relationships. She is particularly drawn to promoting DEIB and empowering individuals through facilitated dialogue. Nesha is also on the board for The Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York (ACR-GNY), leading the organization's Student Ambassador program.
ABOUT THE ACR-GNY 2026 STUDENT AMBASSADORS
Daria Rodriguez Horita (she/her) is an ACR-GNY Student Ambassador, a Columbia Master's student, and Global Peace Summit representative. She is also involved with the Columbia University Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program. Daria is a staunch advocate of conflict resolution across international spaces.
Samirah Aziz (she/her) is an ACR-GNY Student Ambassador and third-year law student at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She has been highly interested in ADR and conflict resolution ever since taking a law school course Environmental Dispute Resolution and interning at Kern Rappy Dispute Resolution. She is fascinated by the intersections between law, policy, and ADR. Following law school, Samirah hopes to incorporate ADR within her personal and professional life.
Amelia Pagan (she/her) is an ACR- GNY Student Ambassador, Columbia University student, and United Nations intern. She contributes to research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement within. global governance and conflict-resolution frameworks, leveraging strong organizational and public-speaking skills to address complex political challenges.
