Professional Bio
I am a full-time arbitrator and mediator. I have served as a neutral arbitrator in more than 200 cases that concerned a broad array of commercial, IP, technology, professional liability, and consumer disputes. I have also mediated hundreds of disputes touching nearly every type commercial and consumer dispute. My ability and success as a neutral is explained in no small degree by the unusual breadth of experience I had as a trial lawyer, having represented clients in matters ranging across antitrust and agriculture, patent infringement, class actions and consumer fraud, and product liability concerning food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices and chemicals.
