Robert Polanco is a mediator, conflict resolution practitioner, educator, and strategic communicator with nearly 25 years of experience helping people navigate conflict, crisis, and difficult conversations. His background blends careers in law enforcement, crisis negotiation, mediation, crisis counseling, peer support, and support group facilitation, providing him with a unique perspective on how people communicate, build trust, and resolve conflict under pressure.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University and is the founder of 3rd Act Stories, where he provides mediation, conflict coaching, communication training, and strategic storytelling services. He believes that meaningful dialogue can transform both relationships and communities. He also co-founded the Blessed Be Podcast, which aims to help people communicate their way out of conflict rather than into one.
