Professional Bio
Audrey is Senior Mediator & Institute Executive Director at Boston Law Collaborative, LLP and a founding Principal of Perspectiva LLC. She is also a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School where she teaches Mediation and Diversity & Dispute Resolution.
As a mediator, Audrey specializes in resolving workplace, organizational, employment, harassment, and discrimination disputes. She has served as a mediator for the MA Commission Against Discrimination, the EEOC and as a member of a pool of Title IX Adjudicators for Harvard Law School. Drawing on her experience as a mediator and conflict management consultant, Audrey leads interactive workshops on implicit bias for attorneys, mediators, law enforcement, executives and other professionals. Audrey has worked with a broad range of clients to develop their negotiation, communication and influence skills. Her clients include The Cambridge Group, Harvard Business Publishing, the IL Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, Jenner & Block LLP, Ropes & Gray LLP, Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, and Winston & Strawn LLP.
Audrey is featured in Harvard Business Review’s “Insights” series on Leadership and Managing People and has been a contributing commentator for the BBC Capital’s Work Ethic column. She has also published articles on implicit bias, employment discrimination, negotiation, and interactive teaching methods. Previously, Audrey practiced law as an intellectual property and litigation attorney at Winston & Strawn in Chicago and Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
