Professional Bio
Diane O’Connell in an independent arbitrator, mediator and negotiator with extensive experience in international commercial transactions and business development focused primarily on M&A, risk management, international financial regulation, derivative products, complex cross-border commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, anti-corruption, technology and global employment and mobility.
Diane O’Connell is the Past Chair of the NYSBA International Section and Co-chair of the Section’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee was well as a member of the House of Delegates, the Well Being Task Force, and the following Sections: ADR, Commercial & Federal Litigation, Business Law, and Women in the Law.
Diane has been an attorney with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Paul Hastings, Fragomen Global, and the New York Mercantile Exchange as well as taught business courses at New School University and received an LLM in Financial Services, and her JD from New York Law School, and has a BA Biology/Chemistry, Queens College.
