Professional Bio
Trained as a mediator in NYC, Katherine has worked as an independent mediator, facilitator, trainer and executive coach in the US, the United Kingdom, Africa and Europe. She has designed and implemented conflict resolution and restorative justice programs for the public, non-profit and statutory sector as well as for local and international non-governmental organizations. While in living in England she worked with the Thames Valley Restorative Justice Program, facilitating restorative processes for adult offenders and victims within the criminal-legal system and training and mentoring facilitators and program managers. Now based in Columbia County NY, Katherine continues to develop her work in mediation and restorative practices.
