Professional Bio
Felicia Farber is a full-time, independent neutral with 30+ years experience in litigation & ADR. She serves as a mediator for state and federal courts, CPR and the AAA, an arbitrator for FINRA, CPR, the AAA, and NJ Courts, and is a workplace investigator. She is the recipient of the 2022 Lewis Pepperman Distinguished Service Award and 2019 James B. Bosky ADR Practitioner of the Year Award by the New Jersey State Bar Association. She was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Complementary Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Advisory Committee and the Advisory Committee on Mediator Standards. In the NJ state bar, she serves as Trustee for the Women in the Profession Section, is a member of the Labor & Employment Section Executive Committee & Past Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section. She also serves as the Vice President of NJAPM, New Jersey Regional Chair for the Women in Dispute Resolution Committee of the ABA, and is the Chair of the New Jersey City University Institute of Dispute Resolution Steering Committee for Programs and Thought Leadership Experiences. Felicia arbitrates and mediates civil, commercial and divorce matters, with a concentration in employment, construction, & complex business/commercial disputes. In total, she has conducted over 3000 mediations, many involving 7 and 8 figures, and over 200 arbitrations..
