Professional Bio
After large law firm training, Will Sparks spent three decades in house. Admitted in NY, NJ and FL, Will specialized in negligence, both PD & PI, and commercial litigation. His practice now is primarily ADR, he serves on Federal and State Court panels, including the Roster of Mediators for the Supreme Courts, Commercial Division, Nassau, Queens & NY Counties. He is now appointed to the Register of Mediators for U.S. Bankruptcy Court, EDNY (2021-2026). Will is also a Mediator and Arbitrator on the Nassau County Bar Association (NCBA) Panels. Will's 10-year pro bono efforts include work at NCBA for the Mortgage Foreclosure Project on behalf of homeowners in Supreme court, Nassau County and at clinics. Will's focus is Ethics, he serves now three years on the Professional Discipline Committee (2019 - 2022) at City Bar.
