THE COLORS OF WAR

Terry Rosenberg

Terry Rosenberg will briefly discuss content and intentions of his traveling exhibition Colors of War with a slide show of the 100 digital paintings.  Conversation will then open to all participants.

Colors of War focuses on two primary issues; the underlying nature of interpretation–how visual cues, gesture, words and meaning can be interpreted in various ways, and the variety of conflicts in the world–experienced collectively from an alternate point of view.

Terry Rosenberg explores the physical, metaphysical, psychological and sociological aspects of the human condition through his paintings, sculptures and drawings. His work has exhibited widely in the

US and abroad, and is included in numerous museum collections such as Brooklyn Museum , Smithsonian American Art Museum , Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco , Brooklyn Museum of Art and Graphische Sammlung Albertina, Vienna . Terry lives and works in New York City . For more information please visit www.terryrosenberg.com
