Professional Bio
I am currently an Attorney/Special Master/Arbitrator whose specializations include insurance coverage, labor law, disability, unemployment insurance, closely-held business divorces, and tenant side landlord/tenant claims.
Prior to opening my own practice, for close to 20 years, I served as a Court Attorney/Special Master in the Civil Division of the Supreme Court, New York County. While in that capacity, my duties included property/casualty insurance issues, New York Labor Law, and broker-dealer cases. Additionally, I served as New York County's Special Master in all State Madoff-related hedge fund cases, assisting in the recovery of funds for NY State victims. Prior to joining the NYS Court system, I had more than 10 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
