I am a synergist who works to leverage the generative capacity in conflict to improve interpersonal and social dynamics.
Using a range of processes and practices including; Mediation, Conflict Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Group Conflict Resolution, Restorative Practices and Training, I build and deliver needs-appropriate, innovative and sustainable responses to conflict, hurt and harms.
I especially love working with thoughtful leaders on change management, and building restorative team or workplace cultures.
