MARIASARA APREA-ALCOFF 


Mariasara Aprea-Alcoff is a guidance counselor specializing in teaching MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and HeartMath (biofeedback computer program) at PS 24 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.


  Through circle work and one on one counseling, she introduces students and adult educators to a variety of meditation practices to empower them to connect mind, body, and heart.
