Professional Bio
Ewan Malcolm is an highly experienced mediation professional who has worked throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. As a thought-leader and a well-respected practitioner, he has pioneered the development of mediation in Scotland.
In 2008 Ewan was named the first Mediator of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland. He has been described as a “magnet for serious and innovative people, who can appreciate the value of his own work and above all the rewards of working in collaboration with such an inspiring and effective person.”
Ewan was a partner in a top law firm in Scotland for nearly two decades. Since 1995 he has forged a successful career specialising in high value, high conflict commercial, labor and divorce disputes. He established the Scottish Mediation Network in 2002 and was its chief officer until 2009 when he transferred his practice to London. He has recently completed the UK’s only Masters program in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at the University of London.
He now lives in New York City where he continues to develop his mediation practice.
